This week we've looked at descriptive language to describe people, places and things. We then brainstormed ideas about what makes a good dad to write about in a recipe for "Recipe for a Good Dad" cards we've sent home for Fathers Day
Math
We've continued to review and practice our basic skills in adding and subtracting.
Science
This week we've been looking closely at the needs of plants. We did an experiment to see what plants needs by planting runner beans, looking at sunlight, water and soil as variables. Stay tuned for our findings! We also looked at how plants use water by putting celery into water that has food colouring in it. We had some interesting observations!
Physical Education
Students had their Swimming Experience week at the Refrew Pool each day. Thanks to all the volunteers who came out!
